This Saturday (26th August) sees the start of the league campaign for Aberdeen Wanderers 1st XV and development team and both teams have been drawn a home game.

Aberdeen Wanderers 1st XV

The 1st XV meet Caithness RFC on the first weekend of the Caledonia League Division One at Groats Road, Aberdeen. Caithness RFC had their eyes on the league title last season, but narrowly missed out at the end of the season, so the visitors will be pushing hard on Saturday after their long journey south to Aberdeen. Kick off is at 3:00pm and everyone is welcome to come along and support the guys.

Development Squad

The Aberdeen Wanderers Development Squad are also playing on Saturday where they meet North Police Scotland RFC in the opening weekend of the Caledonia League Division Three North competition. This game kicks off at 3:00pm and this match will either be played at Harlow Pitch on Groats Road or Westdyke pitch in Westhill, keep an eye out on our Facebook page for details.
